Despite Valve's attempts to curb the notorious stigma of misconduct associated with the Dota 2 community - via updates to behavior scoring and matchmaking systems, the rampant level of toxicity remains.  Could the recent addition of Dota Plus serve as a more proactive solution to an ongoing problem?
